Job Description: Monitor Evaluation Research & Learning Data Discovery Specialist (USA-Based)
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who can turn qualitative data into meaningful and highly relevant narratives for a wide spectrum of audiences. Such audiences include program implementation partners, influencers, board members, governments, UN agencies, private sector organizations, universities, media, think tanks, donors, local community leaders and internal staff.
Global Give Back Circle is working in partnership with one of the world’s largest foundations on a groundbreaking program in Kenya which addresses the needs of rural adolescent girls and young women so they can transition into dignified and fulfilling work. It is a highly calibrated transformational journey which integrates education, behavior change, mentoring, workforce readiness and giving back to one’s community. It is highly innovative in its methodology and approach, resulting in data never seen before. For this reason, we are seeking a team member who sees data in 3-D, someone who can connect the dots between what is evidenced through measurable data and what resonates among select audiences.
We are seeking a candidate who can translate technical reporting into conversational writing while simplifying complexity so that audiences understand what has been discovered. We are seeking a candidate who gets oxygen from digesting volumes of data and transforming it into razor-focused one pagers. We are seeking a candidate who understands the technical aspects of monitoring, evaluation, research and learning while viewing their communicable data discovery skills as their real superpower.
Reporting to the CEO, this candidate will play a pivotal role in translating the programmatic impact and insights which elevate the work of the organization to audiences which support program growth and long-term sustainability.
Program Overview:

This program is unique in its scope and reach: it reaches Kenya’s most marginalized adolescent girls and young women and provides more holistic and comprehensive programming than other similar programs. This position is a chance for candidates to engage in novel, unique, cutting-edge program implementation in gender empowerment.
